The Office of the Inspector General U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission
requires the services of a contractor to measure an element of the
agency's organizational culture and climate. This effort will involve
the planning and execution of a potential survey of approximately 3100
staff members located in headquarters (Maryland), four regions
(Pennsylvania, Georgia, Illinois, and Texas), and a field office
(California). It is contemplated that a firm fixed price contract will
result from this solicitation with priced optional tasks. Base Tasks
1 and 2 will be ordered upon award, Tasks 3-7 will be ordered on an as
needed basis. The period of performance for all tasks (i.e., 1-2, and
3-7) will be 1 year. Quotations for this requirement may be submitted
by all concerns, i.e., large businesses, small businesses, and small
owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged
individuals. A copy of the solicitation and all subsequent amendments
will be provided to each requester. Interested firms should submit a
written request to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission at the
address shown above. Telephone request will not be honored. It is
estimated that a written RFQ will be issued for this requirement on or
