The project involves demolition of existing pumping facilities; demolition of the roof, windows, and doors; design and construction of new sewage pumping system; design and construction of a new detachable standing seam metal roof and frame assembly; replacement of doors and windows; demolition, design, and replacement of existing electrical and lighting systems; and any associated work required to meet the requirements. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Contract performance period is 190 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
