Services are required for the removal of regulated and non regulated underground storage tanks and the installation of underground natural gas service lines and a propane-air backup fuel system at the 179th Airlift Wing, Ohio Air National Guard Base, Mansfield Lahm Airport, Mansfield, Ohio. Services will include removal and remediation for underground heating oil, waste oil, diesel and gasoline tanks and oil/water separators, relocation of above groun diesel and gasoline tanks and construction of a new vehicle wash rack. Utility work includes extending existing underground natural gas service to two facilities, installing a new potable water supply sanitary and secondary electrical service, and paving for the new wash rack. The standard industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affliates is no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. This procurement is full and open competition but will be subject to the SDB bonding evaluation preference procedures. There will be a fifty ($50.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. This is the pre-solicitation phase, do not send payment until the solicitation is issued. Payment must be made in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or money order payable to the US Treasury.
