notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6.

regulations containing a report, essential factors of composition and
quality, food additives, hygiene, labelling and analysis and sampling
methods. 7. Objective and rationale: To regulate the consumption of
cooked cured ham at national level and in this way to guarantee an
