R -- PRESENTATION OF 1996 DATA FOR RYAN WHITE TITLE IV NATIONAL GRANTEE CONFERENCE SOL HRSA-97-MCHB-H0780A DUE 071097 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with ABT Associates, 4800 Montgomery Lane, Bethesda, MD. 20814. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to clean and prepare site-specific reports of the 1996 data of the Ryan White CARE Act Title IV program, prepare a presentation of the 1996 data for the Ryan White Title IV National Grantee Conference and prepare a cross-analysis report of the 1995 and 1996 data. The contractor shall: meet with the project officer, submit a workplan, prepare frequency tables, prepare a draft and final summary report, prepare site-specific reports, and prepare a draft and final cross-analysis report. ABT Associates is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is seven months.
