HUD is seeking a contractor to collect data and write reports as needed for HOPE VI sites as part of the continued long-term evaluation of HOPE VI. The main contract objectives for this research are to: (1) Provide case studies of individual HOPE VI sites shortly after initial occupancy; (2) Produce summary cross- cutting report(s) on the HOPE VI program based on the case studies; and (3) Design data collection instruments and gather the data that are needed to support the required reports. The period of performance is anticipated to be 36 months from date of award. This solicitation will be available on or about 07/09/97.
