The information will be in the form of statistics, tables, and a report on: Mental Health/Substance Abuse benefit characteristics and limits; Organization/characteristics of Mental Health/Substance Abuse services within HMOS and PPOS; utilization of Mental Health/Substance Abuse services, and major Regional differences. The period of performance of this procurement shall be from September 2,1997 through September 30, 1998. This synopsis is a notice of intent and should not be considered a RFP.
