Equipment will be used as a critical sub-assembly of the flexible Printed Wiring Board Assembly in the MILSTAR Contingency Antenna Pedestal Control Unit. Authority to procure is pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source. This synopsis does not constitute a Request For Proposal (RFP) or an Invitiation For Bid (IFB) and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a contract or otherwise pay for the information solicited.
