This one-stop facility will include a 1,000 person dining hall, linen exchange, banking (ATM), Troop Issue, Postal Service Center, and In-Flight Kitchen for the Dyess AFB airmen personnel. The one story building has brick veneer covering structurally supporting CMU walls, and standing seam metal and built-up roofing. Supporting facilities shall include necessary utilities, sidewalks, storm drainage, loading dock, landscaping, parking and other site improvements. Demolition of existing structures which contain asbestos and lead-base paint and relocation of a gas and a sanitary sewer main are required. The specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
