Environmental Protection Agency plans to award a cooperative agreement
for environmental technology verification (ETV) testing of global
climate change technologies. The recipient of that award will be
required to assemble a group of stakeholders which collectively

would like to be considered for membership in the stakeholder group, as
well as those who may have appropriate technologies which they would
like to submit for verification testing. The stakeholders will provide
recommendations and advice to the ETV partner and EPA on priorities
for testing, test protocols, and other questions as they arise.
