The event scheduler system must run under windows NT 4.0 and to operate under the sybase/Access SQL environment. It must be a multi-user system allowing for several read/write access points as well as an unlimited number of read/only access points. The program must be completely compatible with the Artsoft SQL 2.4 ticketing software running under Sybase System 11. The program must have the Sybase/Access SQL environment. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Interested persons may identify their ability to fully satisfy the requirement by submitting (by facsimile or by mail) capabilities packages.
