Examples of lock hardware to be obtained are surface mount sliding deadbolt, combination, combination padlock, high security mortise lockset, double sided combination, dead lock, exit device, and door closures. The examples provided are not all inclusive and should not be construed as such. Descriptive literature will be required for this procurement. It is anticipated the contract shall include a 12-month base period of performance with four 12-month optional service periods. A requirements type contract is contemplated for this project. The SIC Code is 3429; the small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is designated as a 100% set-aside for small businesses and shall be completed via invitation for bids.
