The work also includes the provision of new concrete sidewalks and roadways, slabs, precast concrete paver pavements, bituminous concrete walks and drives, concrete curbs, storm sewerage, masonry construction, timber structures, miscellaneous site furnishings, miscellaneous site furnishings, outdoor lighting, playground equipment and surfaces, athletic fields, and plant materials, turf, and incidental related work. Estimated cost range is $500,000 -- $1,000,000. The SIC code is 1799 and the Small Business Size Standard of $7 million are applicable to this contract.
