The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego (FISC-SD) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Washington State Patrol, under the authority of FAR 6.302, Fire Fighting Training for Navy Personnel in the Pacific Northwest Area to include instructional services, curriculum maintenance, and equipment maintenance for the following courses: General Shipboard Fire Fighting, Shipboard Fire Fighting Team Training and Advanced Shipboard Fire Fighting. The contractor will provide transportation to facility and hot meal service for students. Contractor shall provide train- ing utilizing multi-level fire fighting, training on fighting a helicopter in a realistic shipboard environment. Contractor to provide facilities and classrooms to train a minimum of 25 personnel at a time. All instructional personnel must be qualified and certified to teach in accordance with CNETINST 3541.1 (Series) prior to award. The contract will be for a base year with four, one year options.
