The work includes but is not limited to: separating the existing exterior trench drains from the floor drain system and connect to the the storm drain system. Separate the roof drains from the fire system retention basin and connect to the storm drain system. Separate the floor drains from the fire system retention basin and connect to the sanitary sewer system retention basin and connect to the sanitary sewer system. Replace the oil water separator. Install electrically actuated valves on the floor drain pipe and the fire system retention basin pipe. Any other incidental related work. Construction Time: 90 days. Solicitations will issue on or about 7/2/97. A non-refundable check in the amount of $20 made out to the U.S Coast Guard is required. Bids are due 1 pm August 11, 1997. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable Sic Code is 1629. Plans and specifications will be available until supply is exhausted.
