Heated Ultrasonic Pre-Cleaning Tank constructed of type 316L stainless steel. It shall be supplied with a stainless steel cover with handle. It shall have minimum internal working dimensions of 16" left to right, 20" front to back, and 16" deep. It shall be mounted such that it is at a working height of approximately 36". It shall have stainless steel fill and drain connections with stainless steel fill and drain valves and a built in overflow weir. The tank shall have an ultrasonic generator frequency of at least 25 kHz and a generator power per radiated surface of at least 3 watts/square inches. The transducers shall be bonded to the bottom of the tank. It shall be heated by thermostatically controlled strip heaters rated at 3000 watts minimum and shall have a temperature indicator. The tank shall be supplied with a stainless steel system which will sparge surface contaminants (oil/particulate) to an overflow weir. The tank shall be connected to a 10 gallon capacity heated oil coalescing package (including all controls) designed to handle flows up to 6 GPM. The tank shall be supplied with a manufacturers standard stainless steel parts basket which can be used interchangeably in every tank/oven. Qty 1 EA. Heated Pre-Cleaning Rinse Tank constructed of type 316L stainless steel. It shall be supplied with a stainless steel cover with handle. It shall have minimum internal working dimensions of 16" left to right, 20" front to back, and 16" deep. It shall be mounted such that it is at a working height of approximately 36". It shall have stainless steel fill and drain connections with stainless steel fill and drain valves and a built in overflow weir.(for continuously flowing water during rinsing). It shall be supplied with fittings and valves to connect to a closed loop water purification system. It shall be heated by thermostatically controlled strip heaters rated at 3000 watts minimum and shall have a temperature indicator. The tank shall be supplied with a manufacturers standard stainless steel parts basketwhich can be used interchangeably in every tank/oven. Qty: 1 EA. Ultrasonic Aqueous Cleaning System shall meet or exceed all the requirements of MIL-STD-1330D. The system and controls shall be integrated into one unit containing a heated ultrasonic cleaning tank, a heated ultrasonic rinse tank, a secondary heated final rinse tank and a recirculating hot air dryer. The surface of the unit shall have a raised edge all around to prevent spillage. Components which require routine maintenance (i.e. filter replacement) shall be designed such that it is not necessary to drain tanks to perform maintenance. Tanks shall be constructed of 316L stainless steel. The minimum dimensions of all tanks shall be 16" from left to right, 20" from front to back and 16" deep. The overall dimensions of the system shall not exceed 97" from left to right, 33" from front to back and 36+" in height. Tanks shall be equipped with stainless steel covers with handles. The system shall be "equal to" the Branson Model 1620 or the CAE Blackstone model AQ-4-1620 with some modifications/options. Qty 1 EA.
