The Joint Link Converter is a container based Link 11 data link system including HF and UHF Radios for the data link and for voice communication. JLC includes a workstation for operating the system. The project will include the design, production and delivery of three (3) with an additional option for one other. Firms should posess NATO Confidential clearance.
