This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. The James A. Haley VA Hospital intends to purchase ten (10) Tuttnauer brand name or equal electric sterilizers, model number 2540E, to include the following accessories; stainless steel autoclave pouch rack (box of 2) part #AR910. These items are to be shipped to Ft. Richardson, Alaska 99505-5500. If submitting a quote on a brand name equal, adequate technical information, for the Government's evaluatation, shall be submitted with quotation. Failure to submitted adequate technical information shall be grounds for rejection of quotations. Adequate technical information shall include but not be limited to technical specifications, product availability, product picture,product features, etc.. Quotations shall be submitted on an "all or none" basis. Partial quotations shall be rejected. All quotations shall state delivery time, F.O.B., F.O.B. point, shipping weight and cost if any. Offerors shall provide a complete set of provisions with quotation found at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. Provision and clauses found at 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and 852.210-77 also apply. Quotations shall be submitted to the address listed herein or fax to 813-903-4838 and directed to the attention of Sam Wimbish (90C).
