The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Milliman & Robertson, Inc., 1099 Eighteenth Street, Denver, Colorado 80202-2431. The objective of the project is to obtain current information on managed behavioral health care organizations, based on previously collected data. The period of performance will be eleven (11) months. This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to furnish this requirement within fifteen (15) from the date of publication of this notice.
