Serpentine Assembly for the AN/SPS-48E Antenna in accordance with NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane statement of work and ITT Gilfillan drawing numbers 200584, 200585, and 200586. Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract is planned for the following quantities: min. of one (1) assembly and a max. of eighty-one (81) assemblies in the 200584-1 through -10 configurations and a min. of zero (0) assemblies and a max. of six (6) assemblies in each of the 200585-1 and 200586-1 configurations. Electrical testing will be performed by the Government in accordance with NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane procedure 12255-8843-960004 and ITT Gilfillan test procedures 19581-1-ATP-10, and Gen-Atp-200. Serpentine section must meet the electrical requirements of these procedures to be acceptable. The assemblies are to be manufactured over a five-year ordering period. FOB Destination with final inspection and acceptance at NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane. Delivery of the first assembly will be within 210 days after order. Material necessary tomanufacture the first assembly will be Government furnished. This solicitation supersedes prior solicitation N00164-97-R-0024 which was canceled due to changes in the requirements.
