Non-Personal Services to provide all Labor, Equipment, Appliances Devices, and Materials to replace the Direct Buried Feeder on Skeel Avenue from Manhole E192 to New Manhole E199A, Areas A & C, WPAFB, OH. Estimated cost of proposed acquisition is between $180,000.00 and $200,000.00. This solicitation will be issued approx 97 Jul 16. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. No phone requests, only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. There is no fee for this solicitation. There are approximately thirty (30)pages of the solicitation, ninety-seven (97)pages of specifications and two (2) drawings. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
