Kelley,305/356-7685 The General Services Administration, Property Management Center, is issuing a Presolicitation Notice to our bidders for an Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract. Provide all labor, material, supervision and equipment necessary for general repairs and alteration to Government owned and leased facilities from Citrus to Collier County and from Pinellas to Orange County including other counties in Central Florida. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Cont ract(s) with the ability to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from approximately $2,000.00 to $1.6 million dollars. The estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approxomately $3.0 million . Offers will be evaluate using the source selection procedures/gr eatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multi ple awards and estimates to make three under the subject solicitation. Individua l delivery orders exceeding $2,000, may be competed amoung theselected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis.
