to furnish all labor, equipment, and material necessary to repair all
cracks and spalls, sand and resurface with epoxy industrial resin clear
coat and sealer, concrete floor space of the motor maintenance building
201, approximately 12,600 SF. Apply chemical resistant surface to 760
SF battery shop area, nonskid at all selected egress, repaint safety
and operational striping to match existing. All floor drains shall be
cleaned, regrouted and sealed shut. Drain lines leading to building
sump shall be flushed and sealed. Concrete apron around the sumps shall
be demolished. Sumps shall be cleaned, removed, and disposed of. Sump
excavation shall be backfilled, compacted and re-concreted. All waste
and contaminated soil shall be disposed of per applicable Federal,
State, and local laws and regulations. Existing floor paint to be
removed is lead based paint (LBP). LBP shall be remediated prior to
sealing the floors and drains. Area will be occupied during work. Work
to be performed at Defense Distribution Region West, Bldg 201, Tracy
Site, Tracy, CA. Estimated project amount is between $100,000 and
$250,000. Period of performance is 120 calendar days. SIC is 1541, for
which the small business size standard is $17 Million. Solicitation to
be issued on or around 7-1-97. All responsible sources may submit an
