E. Warren AFB, WY. Work includes but is not limited to replacement of existing water main valves and fire hydrants, and relocating water mains, fire hydrants and laterals to the residences. Performance period for the Firm Fixed Price construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 135 calendar days. Invitation for Bid (IFB) is limited and will be furnished to the requester on a first received, first served basis until supply is exhausted. Telephone requests will NOT be honored, however, FAX requests will be honored. The issue date will be on or about 14 July 1997, with the bid opening date 30 calendar days after issuance.
