Work includes demolition of existing fencing; excavation; placement of concrete footing; connecting underground electrical and data lines and installation of block wall and metal picket fencing. An additive bid item consists of installation of two turnstiles at two entrances; enclosing space with metal railing; connecting electrical and data lines to electrical panel boxes. This procurement is unrestricted, but is being issued IAW DFARS 219.72, Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns in Construction Acquisitions -- Test Program.
