(Site Code DAHC76) Contractor to furnish all labor, parts, materials,
equipment, transportation, and do all things necessary to maintain,
repair, inspect and test equipment that consists of various makes,
models, and sizes of gasoline, propane, diesel powered small engines at
Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Service to be provided, on an as-required
basis, includes: (1) Preventive maintenance; (2) repairs to inoperable
equipment; (3) inspection to assess repairs required for inoperable
equipment; (4) off-season storage preparation. Contractor is
responsible for furnishing manufacturers' flat rate manuals for the
equipment to be serviced. The type of equipment to be serviced
includes, but is not limited to: Edgers, foggers, generators, trimmers,
blowers, saws, pumps, weedeaters, compactors, heaters, and lawn mowers.
This requirement is for a 12-month base period and four (4) one year
options. This solicitation will include the "Option to Extend Services"
clause which permits the Government to extend the contract up to six
(6) months within the limits and rates in the contract. See Note 1. All
responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which will be
