Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (UNICOR) intends to award a five year requirements contract for facility support services for its headquarters in Washington, DC. The services that may be required under this contract include: (i) miscellaneous electrical services; (ii) moving equipment, furniture, supplies; (iii) installation, deinstallation, or reconfiguration of systems furniture; (iv) miscellaneous maintenance services (painting, dry wall installation or repair, repair or replace carpeting, etc.); (v) furniture repair; (vi) provide warehouse space in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for UNICOR's storage requirements(minimum of 5,000 square feet); and (vii) other services related to the operation of UNICOR's headquarters. Additionally, UNICOR may require services to support its customer base in the Baltimore/ Washington metropolitan area. These services may include inside delivery of furniture and other products, furniture repairs, installation or reconfiguration of systems furniture, etc. Requests for the solicitation package may be faxed or E-mailed.
