Bryan, Contracting Officer at (406)731-4008 Description: Furnish all materials, labor, equipment and items necessary to repair/replace gates and grates on 50 missile launch facilities located throughout the missile complex headquartered at Malmstrom AFB, MT. Work consists of:(1) removal of existing chain link gates and constructing/installing new chain link gates and (2) removing existing hinged steel grating and installing new hinged riveted steel grating and all related work to complete the project. The invitation for bid (IFB) number is F2460497B0029, with a tentative issue date of 1 July 1997, and a tentative opening date of 31 July 97. Performance period will be 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation will be issued to prospective bidders on a first come, first serve basis when requested in writing. This project is open competition, large and small, in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
