This project will be the construction of approximately 6,000 square feet of added and renovated space including a 900 square foot underground concrete bunker. Project number is 614-97-117 and shall be performed in accordance with contract drawing and specifications. Contract completion time shall be 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. SIC 1542 shall apply. Bid documents will be issued on or about 6-30-97 and must be requested in writing, requests may be faxed to 901-577-7242. Only fifty (50) solicitation packages will be issued on a first come first served basis. Bid opening will be on or about 7-31-97 at 1:00 PM local time. Award is subject to availability of funds.
