Project Description: Work includes the replacement or addition of new finishes throughout this two-story building, new 2x6 wood stud wall construction, wood stud wall removal, and asbestos removal. New finishes will include rubber title flooring, vinyl tile, ceramic mosaic tile, gypsum board, 2x2 suspended acoustical tile, and new wood trim and base. Additional work will include removal of an existing racquetball court completely ad the reovation of another existing court. This court renovation includes replacing all finisheds and installation of a glass wall system. 3/4th of the first floor will be completely redone with new supports. Also required will be new HVAC systems for both floors and racquetball court, new doors, new steel handrails and quardrails, toilet partitions, toilet fixtures, cabinets, new lighting, check-out desk, shelving and other incidental related work.
