The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to modify contract M67854-94-C-1079 with Vanguard Research, Incorporated, 10206 Eaton Place, Suite 450, Fairfax, VA 22030-2201 to increase the level of effort from 50,000 man hours to 70,000 manhours for the period 1 July 1997 to 1 September 1997 (CLINs 0200 and 0202). This increase in level of effort will allow the C4I Directorate to provide uninterrupted support to the Program Managers within C4I. The increase is necessary due to the growth of C4I programs. Vanguard Research is the only source with the in-depth knowledge of C4I programs to continue work in progress during this time frame. This period of support also will allow time to competitively award a follow-on support service contract for C4I. (0161)
