Work consists of hull, mechanical, electrical, piping, and electronic repairs. Work is to be performed at the Naval Station in Ingleside, Texas. Solicitation will be issued on or about 27 June 97. Sources who currently hold an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) prior to award, may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Firms which do not possess an ABR are inelibible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of its ABR application and to execute the ABR without impacting the vessel's availability dates.
