FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure through full and open competitive procedures Maintenance and Material Management Support Services for the Fleet Training Center at the Naval Station, San Diego, CA. The contractor shall provide the managerial, supervisory, and other personnel necessary to perform the required services, such as Work Center 3-M Systems Supervisor, Gauge Calibration Function, and Calibrator (Electrical) Function. Maintenance shall include both Corrective and Preventative Maintenance. Operational hours are one shift from 0700 to 1530, Monday through Friday. The period of performance for this effort will be a base period of twelve months with four (4) twelve month renewal periods. FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Service Contract, which will be subject to the provisions of the Service Contract Act. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. The solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals.
