The Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center is providing notification that contract N00164-95-C-0082 with JST Custom Fabrication of Boise, ID will be modified to add additional work. The contract required the delivery of 20 each dry nitrogen storage cabinets. The contractor partially completed 1 each dry nitrogen storage cabinet and delivered 20 each completed cabinets as required. The government took title to the partially completed cabinet as consideration in an earlier modification to the contract. The government will now have JST complete the cabinet for delivery to the government. FAR 6.302-1 applies. (0160)
