SOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes design and construction of an emergency wastewater holding pond within existing oxidation ponds. Contractor will be required to remove and dispose of sludge and soil material, install new pond, and reinforce and strengthen existing pond dike. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1629, the small business size standard is $17M. The estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Anticipated performance time is 190 calendar days. Solicitation packages are anticipated to be available on or about June 23, 1997. Cost for the solicitation package is $20.00 per set, nonrefundable.
