Performance period will be for one year from date of award with three (3) one-year options, exercised unilaterally at the government's discretion. A minimum of $50,000 is guaranteed per year, and an estimated maximum of $3,000,000.00 over the life of the contract. Solicitation type will be an invitation for bid tentatively scheduled for release on or about 21 Jun 97. This requirement has been accepted for competition pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)(1)).
