The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to demolish and remove off site a Generator/Modulator Building (tower base concrete structure, approximately 19'x19'x10'), including excavation to remove the concrete piers and footings (4 each, approximately 10' underground) and incidental related work. Remove electrical cables and conduit back to the power supply panel. The site to be restored to match existing with 4" concrete pad reinforced with welded wire fabrication. The work site is located at the National Weather Service Forecast Office, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, 1020 Cargo Drive, RDU Airport, North Carolina. The exact location will be provided with solicitation and site plan. The period of performance is upon notice to proceed, completion within 30 days. This requirement falls under the Davis-Bacon Act with a range between $25,000 and $100,000. A 50% Payment Bond will be required of the successful offeror.
