Contractor to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary for the construction of a 15 lane remote engagement targetry system Combat Pistol Range at the Western Mobilization and Training Complex, Camp Roberts, CA (Monterey County). The project will include a steel framed control tower, metal bleacher enclosure and covered mess area, concrete masonry unit latrine, operations/storage building and ammunition break-down building. This facility will be connected to the post power distribution system. Supporting items include connecting to the post sewer and water, site prep, drainage, parking areas, maintenance trails and flag pole. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $500,000. and $1,000,000. Contract performance is 12 months. 20% bid bond requirement; Davis-Bacon wage rates applicable; liquidated damages are $363.00 per day. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR ISSUE. The standard industrial classification is 1629 and the small business size standard (including affiliates) is $17 million average revenue for the previous three years.
