Bell, 770/919-5115 Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide dry weather baseline sampling/wet weather baseline sampling and analytical services for the Directorate of Bioenvironmental Engineering Services at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia. Dry weather sampling shall be conducted at 12 sites on base and wet weather sampling shall be conducted at 16 sites on base. All analytical services and collection methods shall be performed in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations to include 40 CFR 136. Services shall include collection and analysis of environmental samples, consultation, analysis report, collection records, Quality Assurance and Quality Control reports. As a minimum the contractor shall have the following certifications; (1) American Association for Laboratory Accreditation Environmental, and (2) State of Florida accreditation. The contractor shall be capable of mobilizing a sufficient number of sampling crews to perform wet weather baseline sampling and arrive at Dobbins ARB within 30 minutes after notification of a storm event by Dobbins ARB personnel. Each crew must be qualified to perform grab sampling using applicable EPA approved sampling methods. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this requirement is 8734; size standard $5.0M.
