Lee, Contract Specialist Repair Exterior Finish on Chamblee Building 101, This project is to repair the delamination of the Concresive Paste LPL epoxy mortar topping used to correct the sagging exterior ledge on Building 101, a four story office building, at the CDC's Chamblee Facility. This project requires the successful contractor to remove the existing delaminated coating on each of the four levels, before the new coating can be applied.
