The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform all operations for curbside collection of residential waste and recyclable items for 6 quarters at Edson Drive and 55 quarters at site "A" ares, and provide 3 each 8 cubic yard containers and 6 each 90 gallon toters for 20 quarters at site "B" and 2 each 8 cubic yard containers and 4 each 90 gallon toters for 11 quarters at site "Z". The exact site locations are noted in the specification. The contractor shall also provide for the disposal of collected residential waste and recycling of source separated recyclable items at the Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, PA. The contractor shall be properly licensed and all collection, transportation, recycling and disposal shall be performed in accordance with the Pennyslvania Solid Waste Managemen Act (ACT 1980-97), Pennsylvania Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling, and Waste Reduction Act (ACT 1988-101), and applicable Hampden Township ordinances, rules and regulations.
