Donovan 413-253-8233 Architect and Engineering Services to provide design services for a new Refuge Headquarters Complex at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge in Essex County, MA. The new Headquarters complex will provide for the administrative, visitor, maintenance and public use needs of the refuge. The selected A/E firm will prepare a final design for the administrative and maintenance facilities, along with a conceptual design for the proposed visitor and public use facilities. Proposals shall include the following sections for Government use in the evaluation of firms in order of descending importance; l) Experience in planning and designing similar facilities (25%); 2) Multi-disciplined experience, including architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering experience and exhibitry experience (25%); 3) Experience and availability of key personnel (20%); 4) Experience in planning and designing other projects exemplifying sustainable architecture (20%); and 5) Ability to provide products on time and within budget (10%).
