69 -- C-21A AIRCREW TRAINING DUE 062797 POC Ms. Gloria Freeman, 703-681-0607 This is a sources sought market survey to identify potential sources only. A solicitation package is not available at this time. The National Guard Bureau (NGB) has a continuing requirement for C-21A (Learjet 35) aircrew training for assigned pilots and is interested in locating qualified sources to provide the training. The training requirement is expected to consist of annual refresher training for the pilots to enable them to maintain currency. The course to be taught shall be an FAA certified commercial off the self training product that provides systems and procedures training and incorporates instruction on crew resource management (CRM) and instrument refresher training (IRT). To be considered a responsible prospective contractor, offerors must be capable of furnishing fully qualified courseware, instructors, training facilities, and an FAA certified Phase II Learjet 35 Simulator and any required cockpit procedures trainers/modules needed to perform the training. This requirement is a follow-on to the training services currently being furnished by Flight Safety International. Interested sources should provide a copy of their statement of capability (SOC), to include course syllabus for the course of instruction, to NGB-AQC, ATTN: Gloria Freeman; 5109 Leesburg Pike, Skyline VI, Suite 401B; Falls Church, VA 22041-3201 as soon as possible but not later than 27 Jun 1997.
