Javits Federal Office Building and an eight story U.S. Court of International Trade building. Estimated Cost is $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. This procurement is made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business concerns. The scope of work requires work pertaining to the operation of three cooling tower cells for winter and intermediate season operation. The work includes winterization of the Cooling Towers and related piping including providing new plate heat exchangers, electrical Cooling Tower basin heaters, heat tracing of required water piping, additional pumps, structural steel floor modification, provision of automatic temperature controls for the system, etc. Presolicitation notices will be mailed on or about June 5, 1997.
