Solicitation DAAH01-97-R-0201 is to be issued as a Sole Source requirement which contemplates an urgent procurement in 1997 of approximately 362 each AVENGER Slew-to-Cue (STC) Modification Kits, a quantiy of Initial STC spare parts, and one job of Interim Contractor Depot Support (ICDS) for STC, plus options for approximately 635 Kits and one job of ICDS in 1998 and 1999. The designs are in final stages of development by Raytheon Company, Andover, MA., and presently no Technical Data Package (TDP) exists, and no Performance Specification exists for competition. This solicitation will reference Army Part Numbers (APN) 14001618, 14001619, and 14000815, which represent the Raytheon hardware/software designs to be finialized by FY98.
