Rizzardi, 717-821-7221/7222 Contractor is responsible to design and build modular/mobile building(s) for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes- Barre, Pennsylvania 18711. Buildings will be built according to BOCA, NFPA, OSHA, and all applicable state and federal codes for office type buildings in the Pennsylvania area. A minimum of 4,000 net occupiable square feet, single story, to include a selected number of individual offices shall be provided. The building(s) will have interior finishes as appropriate for an administrative environ- ment. Site preparation will be the responsibility of the contractor. Site utility maps will be available from this agencys Facility Management Office. Contract com- pletion time will be 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. A Pre-Bid Conference is tentatively scheduled on July 9, 1997 (specific date and time will be contained in the solicitation document.
