PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for a contractor to design, construct, ship and install a Flexible Grenade Manufacturing Facility in accordance with (IAW) Pine Bluff Arsenal Technical Specification SIOPB-ET-1997-7, dated March 20, 1997 at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Bldg. 33-530. The job will require general demolition work, equipment relocation, new equipment, new fire supression zones and acceptance testing. Any required site preparation will be accomplished by the contractor. The contractor will provide all materials to make necessary connections to the utilities and services provided by the government. This solicitation is unrestricted. The magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be issued on or aobut June 20 1997 with proposal receipt date approximately 30 calendar days after issue. Specifications and drawings will be issued with the solicitation at no cost. A site visit will be scheduled and the date provided in the solicitation.
