The RFP will not be mailed out. RFP98-1 for FEDLINK Information Retrieval Services will be available at the following World-Wide Web address: http://lcweb.loc.gov/flicc/rfp/98-1/menu.html. The closing date of the RFP is July 8, 1997. All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm EST on July 8, 1997 to be considered for the FY98 FEDLINK program. All current FEDLINK vendors for the Information Retrieval Services program as well as new potential offerors must respond to RFP98-1. All current FEDLINK Information Retrieval Services BOAs will expire on September 30, 1997. All vendors will be responsible for ensuring that all amendments to RFP98-1 are received prior to submittal of their proposal. Please check the world-wide web address referenced above periodically for amendments or clarifications to RFP98-1. Detailed instructions on preparing your proposal are contained in Section L of the RFP. Please review section L carefully and submit your response accordingly. All prices submitted in response to this RFP must be keyed to the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) displayed in Section B.
