SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS -- Requirement to produce and supply topologically structured digital data to the V Map Level 1 specification in V Map format on CD ROM. The requirement is divided into 3 phases: PHASE 1: Capture and supply fully tidied, clean vector data of the entire area of requirement in a format agreed with Military Survey; PHASE 2: Transform the Phase 1 data to WGS 84 and then to Vector Product Format (VPF) as detailed in MIL-STD-2407 and then to V Map Level 1 data; PHASE 3: Mastering of final V Map data to CD and provision of bulk stocks in jewel cases. Delivery required to Middlesex, United Kingdom. Contract completion required by end December 1998. A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to potential service providers. (0154)
