Repair leaks at the Cadet Chapel (Bldg 2306). This project includes but is not limited to, recaulking, sealing, and/or gasket replacement as necessary to reseal side windows, strip windows and aluminum panels in the Cadet Chapel on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. Performance period will be for one year from date of award with two (2) one-year options, exercised unilaterally at the government's discretion. A minimum of $30,000 is guaranteed per year, and an estimated maximum of $700,000 over the term of the contract. Estimated cost range of the proposed acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the life of the contract.
